The personalized statues are not intended to be portraits and we can only assure a good likeness and resemblance against the photo we received. The statues are life like caricatures, more like humorous art and the likeness of them are very much depend on the quality of the photos.

For each order you submitted, our service team will check your requirement and quality of the photos to ensure they can all meet our requirement.We will send you photos of the statue via email and make changes based on your feedback with unlimited revision rounds. However, if you want to add more figures, props and backgrounds to the statue or make changes after the statue is baked, we will charge you extra payment accordingly.

We will request 50% upfront payment to start a project and we will bake the statue and post it you only after a full payment is made.

We don’t provide refunds once the statue creation process starts, since every piece of work we make is one of a kind, and we cannot resell it to someone else.

We will post, or arrange a courier on your behalf, for the goods ordered by you to the person and address you give to us at the time you make your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your approval on the work. All delivery times quoted on the web site are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when the goods are dispatched to you from our distribution center.
