Q:Will the figurine look exactly like me?
A good likeness and resemblance is the most important factor to our artists, but personalized statues are not intended to be portraits. They are life like caricatures, more like humorous art.
Q:What is the material used in the production of the statue?
A:The statues are hand sculptured using ploymer clay. In fact, the baked clay itself has water resistant properties. Stains on the figurine can be easily wiped off with soap or toothpaste. With proper care, our product can last for a very long time.
Q:How big the statues are and how much do they weigh?
A:Normally, our statues are about 6 1/2" tall and weight less than one pound. The statues are great ornaments, but also can be used as wedding cake toppers..
Q:What are the requirements on the photos?
A:Photos are the most important elements for our artists to create your statue. Please use photos of a minimum 640x480 pixels in resolution. A front view photo, clearly showing color and facial features is essential. Additionally,including side and rear head photos is preferred, in order to produce statues with higher resemblance.
Q:What countries do you ship to?
A: We ship personalized status all over the world! Please note all orders require a signature on receipt and we DO NOT deliver to PO/APO/FPO boxes.
Q:How do you ship? Can I track my parcel online?
A:We ship via international carriers like FedEx, UPS and EMS. We will notify you via email with a tracking code once your order is shipped and you can track the parcel online.
Q:How long will it take to be delivered once I have placed my order?
A:Please allow approximately 4 weeks to take delivery of your statue.
Q:What if something is broken when it arrives?
A:All of our statues are packed professionally for shipping, so damage in transit is not common. Although polymer clay is strong once it is baked, thin pieces may break or chip. If a small piece gets knocked loose ( due to overly rough handling ) you may be able to re-glue it quite easily, super glue works well. The statues will be protected by bubble wrap and breakage rarely occurs.
Q:If I don’t like your work after I receive my statue, can you refund me?
A:We don’t provide refunds once the statue creation process starts, since every piece of work we make is one of a kind, we cannot resell it to someone else.
Please remember, we will send you photos of your statue for your approval, before we ship it, and we also provide unlimited revision rounds, until you are satisfied.
To minimize your risk, you only need to pay 50% to start the work, and pay the rest after you approve our creation. In the unlikely event of you choosing to cancel the work half way through, the already paid 50% will not be refunded, but you will not be obliged to pay the final 50%.
